Would You Sue The Person Who Hit You When You Were In A No Fault Accident?

I know this might sound bad, but if you were me, would you sue the person who hit you when you were in a no fault accident?
I was very mad as she hit our car as she was turning too fast as I was driving slow on a straight road.
my doctor said the xray shows no sign of fracture of my bones, but I still have minor chest pain.
this car accident has been stressing me and we spent many hours on the phone with the insurance and going to
the car factory to get our car fixed. My husband also had to take off from work.
BUT, this lady did admit that she was wrong and her insurance company is paying for my car damage,
but you know if you fix a car that went through a hit like that, you never know what other problems
might occur in the future, kind of like my injury. This was our brand new car that we just bought a few months ago…
but since she was so honest about her fault
and her insurance is covering for the car damage even rented a temporary car for me to drive,
what would u do? I hope u understand where I’m coming from, I’m not trying to gain some $$ out of this accident, her reckless driving, even though Im going to get back what Ive lost, but the damage has been made and there are a certain level of emotional damage here. She needs to learn not to drive that fast and it affects other peoples lives. I spoke to a lawyer and he said unless mymedical bills goes up to $3000 which will be covered by the insurance company, then I have no case to sue her for emotional damage..and the time we put through the ordeal..

I hope someone can help with this.
My husband ( I am considering leaving him) had a serious injury back in early 2006 and months later started having seizures and now is on medication for the rest of his life. He is doing okay but we have a law suit and a top law firm has the law suit and we won the first part. My husband put my name on the lawsuit also for loss of services and whatever else. Now his ex wife and children have been in the picture for the past 3 years which I dont bother with. They made a lot of excuses not to meet me and him and I been together for many many years. They went that way, we went our own way until about 2 or 3 years ago. I told him to talk to them call them but when his kids are not home he speaks to the ex wife. The kids are in there 20’s. His ex and his mother (who lives very far) and are in contact often. I do not speak to his mother.
My family lives out of state and I would love to be with them. I miss them and with my husband having this connection again that he never had with this kids before and I was the one that pushed him to get to know them and finally does (she never moved on) he know has contact with all of them.
He doesnt drive out 5 hrs to see them they come t o where we live cause they still have friends near my house and he sees his kids maybe 1 time every 3 or 4 months.
I feel I tried my best and can not handle it anymore.
My family wants me with them and I think I am at this point where I am 90 percent sure that I want to pack up and leave but there is a lot of money at stake. I can come out with 200,000 from this lawsuit.
Should I wait until the end of next year to make sure I have my share or should I give him some kind of legal paper that I get my share. I know he would say ok but I want to be 100 pecent positive because I will be in another state.
His lawyer and I speak about once a month and he knows what is going on also.
What do you suggest.

This year, I plan on Storm chasing and charging people to come with me. I want them to sign a contract saying that I’m not legally or financially responsible for any injury or death that may occur during storm chasing. I will be doing a lot of dangerous activity while storm chasing such as driving in the eye wall of a major hurricane, driving through supercells, etc. What type of lawyer would I need to make it so I won’t be legally or financially responsible for injury or death, storm chasing involves risks with a slightly high possibility of injury and death and I want to make sure I won’t be responsible. What type of lawyer should I get and how much would it cost? Sources?

I hurt my upper back at work falling on the ice while delivering furniture (T-5) (T-4) The Doc said it would never heal correctly. Has anyone hurt their upper back and about what would be the compensation for this.
I can still work but I now have weight limits,Im not suppose to lift over 50lbs.The reason Im asking this is to know if I should get a Lawyer or let compensation offer me a settlement.

My father got into a really severe accident in work, and his injurys are very severe also, but the lawyer says he can only get him less than 8,000,,,only beacuse he has no broken bones. He also waited more than 2 years and he still hasnt brought my father to court. My father also went through 6 months of physical therypy,, and left with really large sacrs on his arm,,and his ear. The company however has been warned to changed the saftey of the machines many times before,, as soon as my father got injuried, they fix that problem right away. My father still today has very much pain in his arm. Not only do i think the accedient left just phyical scars, but also emtion sars. I really do no think its fair beacuse he has been working there for a really long time (more than 10 years). i believe he can get more than 8,000,,if any one can please help me, i would appericate it

My husband completely shattered his ankle. Now he needs pins and plates in his leg. I know each state varies on laws and regulations. What would you do? In Nome, Alaska one year ago, my brother was driving an ATV and was injured. He drove down a well known access road to the beach. The custodian for the property had recently put up a chain hooked to two beach logs to stop access on the property. The chain was NOT well marked. There were no ‘No Trespassing’ signs. My brother drove over the chain, it lobbed one log out of the ground, the log flew 20 feet and crashed my brothers skull. He was medivaced to Anchorage, was in Intensive Care for a while then had to go to rehab also. He is not the same person. It was a miracle he survived with the injuries he sustained. I am hoping the owner of the property is accountable for gross negligence or something along those lines. Does anyone know the procedure to start a case or get lawyer? Also, my brother is low-income, so if I could find a pro-bono until settlement lawyer would be ideal.
