Should I Do Anything When The Person I Rear-ended Hired A Lawyer To Talk To The Insurance Company?

About two weeks ago I rear-ended a girl doing 20mph. When she got out of the car, she said she fine when I asked, and it was actually a nice conversation since I was in her Bio class. I even gave her a hug, hahaha, because I felt really bad. I knew I was at fault, I had comprehensive insurance and money in the bank for my deductible, so I really didn’t worry because we were both fine and insurance would take care of repairs.
I saw her five days later in my bio class, and we even sat at the same table during lab. She was acting normal and definitely not injured while we were dissecting.
I call my insurance claims office two days ago and find out that the claim isn’t closed yet because she hired a lawyer and claimed she has whiplash. The guy in the claims department said I shouldn’t worry because this is a normal occurrence. But should I be worried? Is there anything that I should do now that she has a lawyer? Especially since I saw her five days after the accident, and she didn’t have a neck brace and didn’t make a peep or grimace when she was standing up then bending over to help with dissection? I read online, and it says usually injury from whiplash shows its symptoms 24-72 after the injury.
I dunno, I just really feel like this girl is taking advantage of the accident and like this is fraud. I’m just not sure what I should do.

I’VE BEEN EMPLOYED WITH MY COMPANY 5 YEARS NOW,ABOUT 20 MONTHS AGO I WAS PROMOTED TO LEAD DRIVER OF MY CITY.I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A RAISE FOR MY POSITION,NEW PHONE REQUIRED FOR POSITON,AND OF COURSE A LOT MORE RESPONSIBILITIES.I GOT EVERYTHING BUT THE RAISE.ABOUT 7 MONTHS AGO I GOT HURT ON THE JOB AND ENDED UP HAVING TO HAVE SURGERY ON MY SHOULDER.I STILL CAME TO WORK 3 DAYS AFTER SURGERY BECAUSE I HAD A WAREHOUSE TO RUN,AND I EVEN HAD TRAIN MY NEW MANAGER WHO REPLACED MY OLD ONE.DURING THAT PROCESS I ASKED ABOUT MY RAISE AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE HARD FOR ME TO GET A RAISE NOW BECAUSE OF MY INJURY,AND ALSO THE COMPANY DIDN’T KNOW IF I WAS GOING TO STAY OR QUIT BECAUSE MAYBE I NO LONGER COULD PERFORM MY DUTIES DUE TO MY INJURY.I’M BACK TO REGULAR DUTY NOW STILL LEAD DRIVER BUT NO RAISE,TO TOP THAT OFF MY SHOULDER STILL HURTS , MY THREE INDEX FINGERS ARE PARTIALY NUMB ON BOTH HANDS,AND NEW HIRES GET STARTED OUT AT 10$ WICH IS MORE THAN I MAKE.I’M WAITING FOR HR TO GET BACK TO MY MNGR.

Is Your Insurance Company Allowed To Provide Info Or Documents Relating The Person Who Claims Your Insurance?

I was at fault in a minor accident and got ticket for it. I know the other party who had claimed injury is claiming insurance with my insurance company. I would like to get information and documents related to the other party’s claim (e.g what injury) so as to help my case in court. Is my insurance company allowed to disclose the info to me? I am getting my own lawyer and has nothing to do with my insurance co. Thanks!

I am trying to file a dog bite claim against my neighbors insurance, but I do not think he is responding truthfully about his insurance policy. He denies having insurance that has personal liability. He sent a copy of his mortgage protection coverage to our lawyer and claims that is the only coverage he has. He still has a mortgage, so he must have homeowners. How can we force it out of him? He has not provided proof of insurance or lack of from the time of the injury. If he truly does not have insurance, we are going to have to sue him because the medical bills are already into the tens of thousands. Please help.

How long can you wait to notify a insurance company about a potential claim?
You know how an insurance tell there clients that they have to report a claim(personal injury/premise liablity) or something. Most insurance policies have a requirement that your notify the insurance company of any potential claim within a very short period of time after the incident occurs. I live in NY. How long can you wait to tell them? How much would that short period of time be? Landlord have been recieving letters frommy lawyer and he havent sent them over to his insurance company. This been going on since May 1st of this year. Can the insurance deny him coverage?

I was on my way to school on a community college shuttle bus when suddenly this smoking liquid started coming in through the floorboards.
