Then tell us why he was in the downtown central jail. There are two sides to every story, and I’m willing to hear yours, but you are leaving too much out.
I am a bit surprised that you can not find any lawyer who will take the case, or at least listen. However, four hours isnt all that much time…
I would, however, suggest using your local and state media.. Call a reporter or a newstation– they almost always listen… You may be able to get the story out in public. That might cause some atty.s to come looking for you ; to help.
Start by filing a complaint with the jail. That should start an internal investigation. This will give you time to find an attorney. It will also let you see all sides of the incident. Maybe your husband was not playing nice with the jail staff.
